Carrie Shaw has 10+ years of experience in the culinary industry including work as a chef, restaurant owner and culinary consultant.
Carrie is also a writer, most recently as writer/producer/culinary consultant on the film, “Tripped Up”- released oct 2023.
In addition to filmmaking Carrie has written for Food & Wine Magazine, Martha Stewart Living Magazine, Modern Farmer Magazine.
Whether through food or film, Carrie is a natural storyteller with a specific focus on bringing authentic narratives to life. She is passionate about her involvement in the LGBTQ+ community, and aims to bring more diverse stories to the forefront.
Carrie graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's Degree in Literature, and Creative Writing, as well as The Institute of Culinary Education's Culinary Arts & Management Programs.
